(March 9, 2020, 10:03 pm)I started out at the satellite ER in Green Valley. They got me right in and the service was stellar! I was transported to Henderson Hospital for further care. They were on top of things, answered the call button promptly, answered my questions, and always made sure I was comfortable. The room was nice, clean, and quiet. I especially enjoyed my radiology tech, she made me laugh even though I was having a rough time!

(February 8, 2020, 12:34 am)I have to say, I was treated with such kindness & respect. Everyone, from the moment you walk in the door was helpful and very thoughtful.
My nurses for my surgery always had a smile on their face. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable without being intrusive. Never too far away, and I always felt safe and taken care of. I am a big believer in saying “Thank You!” To these ladies & gents, I will say “God Bless You All” as well. I am very impressed and grateful. I hope they see this message. That’s how much my experience meant to me. I want them all to know. To “The Greeter” to the gentleman who checked me in (when I thought I was running late?) He was thorough, attentive, kind and patient. A theme I noticed from all at Henderson Hospital. I appreciate that. -

Had to sit in the ER for 6 hours with congestive heart failure...heart struggling and lungs filling up with fluid...just to get in the back to start getting treatment. Even after that, I was put on a bed in the hallway. But, I heard I was one of the lucky ones. Some people were admitted and still sitting in the ER waiting room getting treatment. During my stay, the doctor's were of course "elusive" as in any hospital. But, the nurses and the rest of the staff were amazing!! The care and attention they gave me were first rate. They administered my treatment with a happy heart. They were there every time I called. They were very knowledgeable and answered every one of my questions and concerns. They made my experience a "4 star" as opposed to a "2 star".
