“I highly recommend this place for any vehicle repairs. If I could give them six stars I would. They really do tremendous work and actually returned my car in better condition than prior to the accident. I write very few reviews and my experience really has to stand out in a remarkably positive or remarkably negative way to take the time to post a review. This is of course the former. The Center Manager, Stan Evans is so knowledgeable and honest. He cares so much about making sure the job is done well and that the customer is satisfied. You can tell he likes his work and is passionate about what he does. The customer service I received was also impressive. Laura Garcia was my Service Advisor and she couldn't have been more helpful. She contacted me every day to update me on the progress of the repairs with a detailed explanation of exactly what was being done and was happy to answer any questions or concerns; a very kind, sweet young lady. I am truly thankful for the effort of everyone at Caliber Collision. The price was good, the people are great, and the work was done exceptionally well.”

“I have driven the same pre-owned Audi A4 for a few years now, so I have been to this dealership more than a few times for regular maintenance. Today, though, they went above and beyond. I had two electronics lights go on last night and my car barely made it home after work. Then it barely made it to the dealership this morning. I showed up at 7:20AM on a Saturday thinking they were open, but found out they didn't open until 8AM. Nevertheless, they let me in, took my keys and started looking into my problem. They directed me to the lounge and the Starbucks machine and made me comfortable. I have a major engine problem, so my car is going to be out of service for a week. They had me taken care of, in a loaner (a 2019 A4!) and out the door before 8AM! These guys are the best. They are always friendly and always helpful. I will never drive anything but an Audi again because the service is so amazing!”

“I have a 2004 Yukon Denali that I purchased new in 2004. It is my pride and joy and I have taken excellent care of vehicle. My transmission went out after 130k miles on truck about week ago. I brought to GMC Dealership and they quoted me 4600 dollars to replace it and some stated some other items (hoses, seals, etc) needed to be replaced. I was shocked at the price. I found Bob's Transmission online and called him. He picked up IMMEDIATELTY and w/in 1 hour had quoted me ALL COSTS for everything and was 1400 DOLLARS CHEAPER!!! This is a 3 year/100k warranty on the transmission - BOB is the best. I will use Bob for everything! He is truly the best out there and a really great, honest guy! Thank you BOB!!”
