(June 27, 2019, 1:41 am)Tellers are usually pretty nice. Horizon Ridge Pkwy always has a long wait tho',as they usually only have 1 teller; which is aggravating. Boulder/Horizon is usually a skosh quicker, @ least they have @ least.2 tellers - one for business owners & one for rest of us.

When Bank-Captain John Simo instructs you to stay there until he tells you to leave then it's better to follow orders. Bank associates and high-profile clients are known to get extorted before and after closing time.
After reaching out to G4S the Phoenix office and speaking with Nicole "fitness" Trevino in regards to a transfer but with little to no help and a bit "kurt" on her part, I was left with giving my bank-captain a months notice.
"Like Abbas".
Just like a bank-captain with the difference is he drives around in a 2012 Ford Fusion (A/C, fully-loaded) everywhere and I take the Deuce (A/C, fully-loaded w/homeless) everywhere. However that never stopped me from taking "Extreme Ownership" of the situation.
"Emergen-C".
If having to leave due to a family emergency without notice from your B-captain then asking for a transfer is within the "Cards".
I wish I would've been the one to have gotten skin cancer from all the Suns exposure and not my mother-in-law.

(November 24, 2016, 1:10 pm)Despite what I've read on reviews, they were completely pleasant and helpful! I opened my account online a few years back, and came to this location to close. Samantha did her best to make it easy for me so I didn't have to wait long (considering the lines were getting longer behind me) but she was patient and tried her best decipher my issue in the end she went to her manager, got me scheduled for same day appointment, met up with Cassandra and got me taken cared of...their customer service was excellent!
