I have been renting from Nevada Desert Realty since March 2022. Amber and Anna were extremely helpful with the application process and allowed a speedy move in. Within the first week of moving I realized there were a couple necessary repairs, they send their maintenance guy (Oscar) out right away and he fixed everything that needed to be fixed and he was very courteous and professional.
Just recently in July my A/C went out on a Friday night (1am) . I contacted their office on Saturday morning and they send out their A/C vendor who arrived by noon on Saturday and repaired the unit which works perfect now. There was no delay and I didn't have to suffer the heat for very long. So far I am very satisfied with Nevada Desert Realty and their staff especially Amber who has been so helpful from Day 1, she is extremely courteous, considerate,respectful and professional in her field and I am confident to be in good hands with this company and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to rent or buy a property.

I rented a property managed by Nevada Desert Realty for 7 years and discovered it is possible to love a property management team! They were always personable and helpful, and always responded quickly to service orders I submitted - sprinkler leak, rumbling water heater, automatic garage door - they always had someone out the very next day, and the one time my AC faltered it was the same day. That alone would be enough for 5 stars, but there are also they times they went above and beyond, like when I accidentally paid my rent twice in one month and they rushed to get the extra payment back into my account before an overdraft tsunami overtook me. Anna & Amber and the gang took care of not just the property but me as well, and I hope to shelter under their wing again one day. It's scary out here...

Michael and Anna are amazing ! My wife and I were looking for our first home and a friend referred us to Nevada Desert Realty. From the start they were extremely professional and friendly. We saw about 10 houses one afternoon and I remember expressing to Anna that we felt bad for not falling in love with any of these homes. She assured us that if we didn’t like something, to tell her so that she can find the right fit for us. One thing that really struck me about Anna is that when she was with us, she would forward calls and give us her undivided attention. At no time during the home buying process did we feel pressured at all. Everything went as smooth possible from writing an offer to closing on the house. We have been in our new home for about a month now and we cannot thank Michael and Anna enough. To my wife and I it feels like we not only found the best realtors in town, but new friends.

Approximately 10 years ago I made the decision to purchase my first home. I was referred by a friend to Anna Klinger who I contacted; she immediately got the process started. I was young and had no clue about the home buying experience. Anna was amazing from the moment I met her. Her knowledge of the home buying process is incredible. She made the entire process stress free and explained everything until I completely understood it. She is extremely reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Recently, we found a home that we wanted to look at. I contacted Anna to set up a time to see it. We fell in love with it and got the process started. We were so blessed to have Anna represent us for both the sell of our previous home and the purchasing of our new home. She was very helpful with getting our home ready to sell and her husband Mike Klinger took incredible pictures for the listing. She held open houses and advertised the home as much as possible. Our home sold quickly, and we shortly closed on both homes. I have referred several family members to Anna whom they have purchased, sold, and used as a property manager for multiple properties. You will not be disappointed with Anna. Her knowledge, experience, and personality is simply the BEST!
