  I have worked with Chad Buying two homes and selling one. He has always been very professional showing a high level of commitment. With the first home I was living out of state and was worried that I might find a realtor that was less committed to my family’s needs because we were not in the area. I am pleased to say that my concerns were completely unwarranted. He kept me informed whenever a new listing came on the market. When I had questions he would respond promptly with informative answers. If he did not know an answer he would find out rather than tell me an assumption. When I came to Las Vegas I Ire able to find the home I wanted within a week.
  When it came time to sell that house and buy another I didn’t even consider working with anyone else. Chad actually cared that I find the right home. When I sold my house he worked with me on getting it ready to sell. It sold very quickly and for much more than I thought possible. I have always been very happy with his service and results.

  Chad is an awesome real estate agent. He makes the whole process go smooth. He is very professional, friendly, and hard working. He doesn't stop helping out after the sale is finished. He is willing to help out with anything even after his part of the transaction is done. I would highly recommend Chad to everyone. He's my real estate agent for life.

  Chad really shows a great amount of expertise in his craft. Many aspects that you may not even think about Chad is focusing in on and making sure everything will get done while helping his clients with a truly great real estate experience.

  I actually came across Chad as a referral from someone I work with. He had talked about what an awesome realtor he was so I gave him a call and set up an appointment. Given that it was my first home buying experience I really had no idea what to expect. Chad was so helpful and a sort of buffer between all the craziness of buying a home and myself. He took care of so many things and made sure the process went as smooth as possible on my end. Which it really did. I didn’t realize how easy it would be but I know it was because chad made it that way for me and for that I am very grateful. He did not stop until he felt I found a home I was absolutely happy with he didn’t seem to mind if we were going to be at this for a while (we weren’t with his help everything was relatively fast) he always made sure that what ever home we were looking at had the things we were looking for until we finally found it. From our very first meeting all the way to signing our last documents. Chad was there every step of the way answering ever single questing that came to mind. I would 100% percent recommend anyone looking to buy a home to please, please go through him and if you’re a first time home buyer like me he is all the help you will need! Thank you chad. We are enjoying our new home very much!!!

  Home buying is truly a scary situation, and reading the reviews on some of the Realtors almost made me want to just rent for life. Then I meet Chad, and changed everything for me. He was extremely professional, and a knowledge based expert when we were home buying . We went over the pros and cons to every house we looked at. He even gave me advise on when to buy, also sell my house. Chad has saved, also made me a lot of money just buy his knowledge of the market, and i couldn’t be happier having him as my realtor.
