  Loved staying here! Location was great, except is right next to another hotel that starts with H and I accidentally tried to check in there first. Other than that, it was a lovely stay. It's located around a lot of options for shopping and dining.

  This is an older facility and as such numerous little picky deficiencies stand out.
  
  HOWEVER, the friendliness of the staff, reception, and little extras gives it a 5 star for me.
  
  Clean room, mints on the table, Christmas decorations in lobby, Thursday Sandwich Night with the manager, and TLC.
  
  Needed foam pillows as I am very allergic to feather pillows. No prob. Within 15 minutes new pillows delivered to the room, by the manager.
  
  Receipt under door in morning.
  
  When your traveling, little things mean a lot.
  
  A winner for me.

  Great location for events in Henderson. If you order food to be delivered be prepared for your food to be delivered to the Holiday Inn across the parking lot. Note to housekeeping staff. Be sure to clean the bathtub drains. Our tub barely drained.

  The front desk staff greeted us promptly and warmly, and quickly checked us in to our room. The room itself provided plenty of space and all the amenities we'd need for our two-night stay. The place also provided breakfast with a variety of options. Would come back here without a doubt.

  This is a very nice place to stay. Location is good because you are near restaurants and can walk to them. The breakfast buffet was above average. It included fresh fruit, a waffle station, muffins, bagels, coffee and bottles of water. Beds were very comfortable. Front desk people were very friendly.
