The coupon used to be really good where you would get a big bottle of lotion for free now you get the little 4 oz bottle of lotion for free and I feel like I spend a lot of money at bath and body and I know the pandemic everybody took a hit but I still think that you're loyal customer should still get the good deals and it's just a little discouraging that the good people that come in there and spend a lot of money don't get good coupons we get coupons for $7.50 off then you can't even take the $7.50 and buy a big bottle of lotion to take that off you can't do that and I don't think that's right either that's super discouraging they need to go back to the Good coupons but nonetheless I give him a four and a half star and I that's the only lotion I use it's always good any one of them have a great
