(August 19, 2019, 11:33 pm)I love Cinnabon, I come here at least once a month. Customer service is always kinda bad, but today was different. John was super pleasant! He greeted us with a smile was super friendly and respectful! I was very impressed!!! I don’t usually write reviews unless I was extremely satisfied. I came to the mall earlier at 2pm and passed by Cinnabon but didn’t get anything because I was in a rush. So I came back later that night and it was the same guy and even though it was almost closing time John still had a great attitude. Thank you John! He asked me about my pregnancy and wished me luck I though that was sweet!
