“Staff was friendly but my goodness, the line was 14 people deep and they only had 2 tellers. 3 individuals kept walking around the line asking if we needed help or if they could help, finally one of the people in the line said, "open up another window" and everyone laughed. Overall, the experience was OK as the teller was able to handle my requests, but the wait was rough.”

Their customer service is top-notch, they always seem to genuinely care about helping the customers. Crystal (I think her name is) is phenomenal and helpful and truly on the customer's side in trying to aid them in whatever they need. She remembered everything about my husband and I the second time we went in and made a point to ask about out situation. Impressed. The management is very thoughtful and hospitable. So friendly! Love this location, lucky to live less than 5 minutes from it!”
