“My husband and I bought an older home that needed a great deal of work - more than we originally expected! Despite contacting other contractors, Design Builders answered our call and managed the renovation of three bathrooms, as well as numerous other projects around the house. The results were fantastic. We recently had a leak (from the roof) into one of those bathrooms and Design Builder is back for the clean up and repair process. They even repaired the leak on the roof before another round of rain because no roofer would do the job! For the most part, Design Builder staff (at all levels and positions) are helpful and knowledgeable and they want to do a good job. “Dr. Richard King has been my doctor almost three years now! I bring notes on questions I have for him. We discuss it and write down his advice so I remember. I love his staff as well and am delighted the whole staff and other doctor came with him to 595 W.Lake Mead office! The attached urgent care are nice...they can even do Xrays ! For all that post negatively.... You expect results yet do not follow Dr King's advice! Good health is up to you. Doctor helps you stay on track! It's a two way street, people!”

“We have shopped at the Reno RC Willey store a number of times over the years, and always had good experiences, as well as appreciating the quality of the items that we bought. This was our first time shopping at the Henderson store. From the greeter on, we were treated well. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and efficient. Vinnie was our sales representative for most of our shopping, and he was very helpful, and made this a very positive experience. We shopped with our decorator, and he was very helpful to her in finding what we wanted. With the exception of a few pieces of furniture that we brought with us, we pretty much furnished our whole home in one trip! I really dislike shopping, so for me to say that it was a positive experience is a big statement. After Vinnie helped us find everything we needed, we went to Carl for a Washer and Dryer. I had already researched and had it narrowed down to two models of washing machine, and knew which dryer I wanted. Carl listened to what I told him, and then asked me a couple of questions about use issues. From my own answers to those questions, I was able to very quickly decide on one model. We were in and out of the appliance department in less than 30 minutes. Thank you Vinnie and Carl!”

Great selections, even has some Keto items in the freezer section. No longer $1.00, now it's $1.25. But still good prices. Just look out for items that have their size "reduced" to be sold in a dollar store- such as toilet paper.”

“Found this place on a search for a dream Cloud Mattresses. A bit out of my area but they had a great deal going on for the mattress we were looking for. No strong arm sales here, just tell them what you’re looking for and they give you the info to make your decision easy. We were so happy with our dream cloud that we decided to take advantage of the ability to upgrade after 30 days. I’m now laying here trying to stay awake on the pillow top style cloud just to write this review. The upgrade like the original sale, was fast friendly and hassle free. “WOW! That's all I can say. I had purchased a bed frame from another furniture place that I won't mention in this review and they failed to let me know I'd need a box frame to sleep on the bed! Didn't offer to sell me one, nothing! SO I called up Best Mattress and talked to the staff and they said as long as I was there within the order time frame they could deliver the same day! Well I ran down to the store, ordered (5 mins before the cut off time) and they delivered it the same day. They called 30 minutes out, they worked with my apartment staff to get access to my unit since I couldn't leave work. What an outstanding business from start to finish. Now I get a great night sleep and got a great deal and amazing customer service. I'll not only recommend Best Mattress, but I'll probably be buying a bed upgrade from them in the future. GREAT JOB!”
