“This gym is awesome, I've been a member for about a year now and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. They have a lot of equipment for any training style. I'm a powerlifter, wrestler, boxer, and track runner, and they have items I can use to train for all of those sports. They have a decent amount of squat racks, benches, dumbbells, cable machines and every gadget machine needed to build strength and/or muscle. As a wrestler, their mats are useful to practice shoots, sprawls, shot walks, takedowns, and safe falls. They have an assault treadmill which is top notch for running, and boxing gloves + punch mitts. The gym staff is very helpful and pleasant, and the gym often runs giveaways. I have won 2 shirts and a nylon bag for completing various challenges. Earlier today I did 50 goblet squats for a t shirt, last month was a 2 minute plank for a nylon bag, once I gave a 5 star Yelp review for a t shirt. Cool memorabilia, great equipment, and great environment. 5/5”
