I had plenty of questions for the front desk girls about my new insurance, and Jackie went above and beyond to help me, not only find out who my insurance was with, but what I may be responsible in paying for my future appointments. Everyone is super friendly and it is such a relaxed, family environment. You can tell their staff gets along well with each other which made my appointment go that much more smoothly. At the end of my appointment, I even found myself having a laugh with Chris, Dr. Hahns assistant. I also appreciate all the precautions they are taking with consideration of the coronavirus! Phone prescreening, temperature check and mouth rinsing were all completed before I was seated in my room! I am so grateful that I have found such an amazing group of people to help me with my dental needs! I am actually looking forward to future visits with them!”

“We were referred to Desert Cardiology shortly after arriving in Henderson in 2008. Our experience has always been positive. Yes, we do wait to see the doctor at times but have not visited many medical offices where you don't wait. In December of 2017 Tom had two stints put in and we have nothing but praise for the way they have taken of him. Just 2 weeks ago I had a TAVR (heart valve replacement) done. The tests needed for the procedure started just before Covid-19 started closing everything down. Through the long period waiting for hospitals to open again Dr Narala kept in touch with me and made sure every test was up to date and pushed to get in done ASAP in case hospitals were shut down again. It took 7 months but I feel without the excellent help of Dr. Narala it could have been even longer. If I could rate higher than 5, I would. Becky and Tom Barker”

“Found this place on a search for a dream Cloud Mattresses. A bit out of my area but they had a great deal going on for the mattress we were looking for. No strong arm sales here, just tell them what you’re looking for and they give you the info to make your decision easy. We were so happy with our dream cloud that we decided to take advantage of the ability to upgrade after 30 days. I’m now laying here trying to stay awake on the pillow top style cloud just to write this review. The upgrade like the original sale, was fast friendly and hassle free. Love this place and won’t be buying from any place else In he future! Thanks again guys!”

“WOW! That's all I can say. I had purchased a bed frame from another furniture place that I won't mention in this review and they failed to let me know I'd need a box frame to sleep on the bed! Didn't offer to sell me one, nothing! SO I called up Best Mattress and talked to the staff and they said as long as I was there within the order time frame they could deliver the same day! Well I ran down to the store, ordered (5 mins before the cut off time) and they delivered it the same day. They called 30 minutes out, they worked with my apartment staff to get access to my unit since I couldn't leave work. What an outstanding business from start to finish. Now I get a great night sleep and got a great deal and amazing customer service. I'll not only recommend Best Mattress, but I'll probably be buying a bed upgrade from them in the future. GREAT JOB!”
