“I'm giving this location a 4 because I had ordered a glue gun kit online and went to pick it up, got back home and the glue gun and cord was missing from the kit. Spoke with Gabriel on the phone as I was driving back to do a replacement but when I arrived it happens to be sold out and the glue gun was not found so a return was suggested, I was really adamant about getting a glue gun so an even exchange was then applied. The team leader that day was great as well as the cashier and Gabriel himself. The store was busy and I didn't have to wait long for this to be solved. Kudos!”
