“Went in on 1/31/19 at 7:30pm. It was the last day I could go pick out glasses before my insurance was terminated from my former employer. Although I went in super late, Frank (I believe is his name) was super nice and helpful. My luck, the VSP network was down sooooo he couldn't pull up my insurance information. He did the best he could and was still able to save me so much money without my insurance coverage! (awesome) Aside from that, he advised me to submit a request for reimbursement from VSP directly. So yes, I had to pay the remaining balance after the discounts were applied but he did everything he could on his end. So I appreciate him for that. Customer service was great.. when I picked up my glasses yesterday, he had attached the reimbursement sheet to the glasses. (Since VSP always seems to be down and wouldn't let me log in to file the reimbursement claim online.) He is great to work with. Ask about the red card holder discount :)”

“This is an experience everyone should have at least once! You can feel the salt from the air on your skin and your lips - it is hard to describe the sensations you experience in the salt room. It is incredibly relaxing... my friend and I got to talk during it since we were alone, but we discussed how great it would have been to take headphones to do a meditation with - maybe next time! We ran into a friend of mine that does crystal bowl meditations in there - she was coming in to set up just as we were leaving. We'll definitely go back for that some time! I do want to add that I woke up very thirsty the next morning. It is a bit dehydrating, though incredibly good for you. My throat was a little sore the next day and I sounded raspy - had to postpone a voice over that I was scheduled to record. My only advice is to stay hydrated and don't plan to sound your clearest the next day, due to what the salt could stir up when you breathe it in. That being said, those are effects that are totally worth it for the multitude of benefits you gain from the Himalayan salts you are surrounded by. We will definitely do this again!!”
