AT&T Store

Laura was so helpful today. She got me in and out. Usually it takes hours. She offered me the different promotions that were offered. I will never go to another AT&T even though this is 30 minute drive. She is full of personality.

A potentially stressful experience was turned into an enjoyable interaction all thanks to Vin! He was amazing! He was so reassuring, honest and communicative and such a breath of fresh air in this strange world we live in now! I have an awesome new phone and a truly seamless process, thank you Vin! Let’s promote this guy!

I visited the Boca Park location on 8-15-21. Nancy assisted me with switching equipment and helped me select a more user-friendly phone for my 83 year old mother. I have to say that Nancy and all of the other store associates were very efficient in greeting their customers as soon as they walked into the store. Often times, I've walked out of a store simply because I was not greeted. That wasn't the case with this store.
Nancy is very knowledgeable and professional. She made sure my expectations were met and that I was satisfied with the price I paid for the new phone I purchased for my mother. Thank you, Nancy! You are amazing !

Me and my wife visited the store on 8/9/21 and we had a little wait which was great considering the store was quite busy. The young lady who had helped us was amazing. She was knowledgeable about the things we needed to do and she was warm and friendly. I feel she went above and beyond and we are very happy and thankful for her help.

My advisor Monique was amazing 👏. She explained everything so simply that I couldn't walk out of there without buying the phone . She transferred my Verizon number and completed everything, I signed and paid , and she transferred all my information to my new phone in no time.

The absolute best experience I've ever had buying a phone. I'm definitely an AT&T customer for life. Whoever trained her is good but mostly it was her knowledge of the product that sold me and her kindness. She's definitely a shining star of the company.
