  I had joined this 6 week challenge and had lost 26lbs.. it was the best decision i have made in my life... By far one of the cleanest gym.. the coaches and staff members are awesome... I highly recommend this gym... so come try out the 6 week challenge...

  My name is David and I did the 6 week challenge at the UFC gym. When I first entered the UFC gym I didn’t know if it was cut out for me since I’ve never done anything related to fighting or boxing. But that all changed after meeting the people that I did. They inspired me that this is for everyone and that I can hit my goals by doing this. Not only did I lose weight every single week but ended up loving to work out again. My favorite class was boxing and it whipped me into shape. After 6 weeks of dedication of eating right and working out with some of my favorite people, I lost 21lbs. I recommend this for everyone that is looking to make a step forward into life and stop making excuses. #UFCGYM

  Myself, my mother (age 70) and aunt (65) participated in the 6 wk challenge. It was a great experience, the staff and other participants helped to motivate me and keep me on the right track. I would definitely recommend this gym, I enjoyed the coaches (Carlos, Jarrell and Marcus), the GM Deborah is always checking in and making sure everything is ok. I lost 10lbs and at least 4 inches. I feel great and I'm well on my way to fitting that wedding dress and bikini on my destination wedding.

  Finished the 6 Week Challenge today and I enjoyed every sessions with the coaches. They are truly inspirational push you through adversity. I recommend this challenge to everyone. Just pay attention to your diet especially week 3 and 4. Other than that, try it out and see the transformation.
