I have a 2019 jeep grand cherokee that needed a fender and a dent fixed with a scratch to buff out. I had the pleasure of working with Bill!!! He was absolutely awesome. Gave me a great quote, he was funny, professional, and took care of what I needed done. Took my Jeep in today and got it back the same day looking brand new! Their repair work, and time was amazing even during the pandemic but what really sets them apart is their customer service. All of the Sudden Impact staff has been awesome. They helped me get a ride when I arrived to drop my car, walked me through the entire process, provided confidence and just an overall comfortable experience. While they had my vehicle they did well to follow up with me for all of the above. Sudden Impact did such a great job with repairing my car! The staff was very helpful and professional. They called periodically to keep me up to date throughout the whole process. They were also very helpful with assisting with my rental and dealing with the insurance. I highly recommend them for all your auto body needs.

I brought my vehicle in due to a car accident. From the moment I called to inquire about their services until the moment I picked up my vehicle the customer service was amazing from literally EVERYONE at this place. They went out of my way to accommodate and work with my schedule being that I work during their business hours. I would receive constant updates at minimum once a week to know where my car stands and the process. I loved speaking to everyone, they made the process extremely smooth and easy for me. I had to be out for my wedding and they make you feel like someone they've known for so long and remember such small meaningful details. The car looks amazing, super clean and you can't even tell it was even in a car accident. Their work is amazing and the quality is even better.
