(February 6, 2020, 5:41 pm)I was totally surprised to find how nice this Siegel Suites location is compared to others i've driven through. I came to pick up a friend living here temporarily while looking for permanent residence. It was quiet, which was unusual. The landscaping was well maintained and clean, with no trash visible. The interior was furnished fairly comfortably and not cluttered. There was space to move around and add some small personal items. It's a bit pricey but for people who can afford it, a good alternative.

(October 11, 2019, 7:42 pm)The staff here is amazing Michelle and Saja are good people and run this weekly well. There are no bugs and everyone is friendly. Michelle is very attentive about who lives here and who doesn't there's not much rift raff here at all and when its seen Michelle handles it appropriately. It's always quiet and maintained and safe. Issues in the room are handled swiftly and over all it's probably one of the best in town I've been here 7 months now and there's really never been a serious issue cops have been here in that time 3 or 4 times I know of. Only reason not 5 stars is you.can only polish and paint an old building and rooms so much it's an old property but it's very well kept. Highly recommended

(September 26, 2019, 4:57 pm)Since I have been at Siegal Suites I have had a great experience as a whole. Michelle and Jay have been a huge help to me. Michelle has went out of her way to assist me with everything concerning my unit as well as provided me an offer of employment, even food. She is a great example of helpfulness and kindness. Jay has also shown great Customer Service and courtesy. This place is a wonder!!!

(September 17, 2019, 1:15 am)NOT WHAT YOU WOULD EXPECT FROM BOULDER HIGHWAY. MANAGEMENT IS EXCELLENT NO BUGS OR ROACHES. NO DOPEFIENDS OR OTHER RUNNING AROUND. ACTUALLY GET A NICE QUIET PLACE TO LIVE OR VACATION WHILE IN VEGAS!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. COME SEE FOR YOURSELF!!!
