  The office staff was absolutely amazing! We just moved to this area from Washington state and have been so stressed out, they got us approved within mins and I was so worried about not finding a home. This place is beautiful too! Very nice inside the apartments. Highly recommend! Love everything about the apartments!

  Without exception, I will not post a review unless I am truly impressed with the qualities of people or a place. With that being said, there are a few words that come to mind when thinking about the staff at Arzano Apartments: Management is always friendly, dedicated, thoughtful, helpful, caring, and the best customer service I have ever experienced as far as apartments go. They won me over through consistently excellent customer service and helpfulness.The office and maintenance are truly wonderful. They take pride in resident satisfaction and genuinely desire to know how they can enhance your time with them.
  
  My apartment is so pretty and peaceful. My neighbors are sweet and thoughtful. The pool is relaxing. When I had my dog, I will take her to the dog park, is a great place for any dog to run around. Sometimes people will not pick up after their dogs (which I hate that they do that!) however, Arzano always keeps the community clean as management cares to have a knitted place for everyone. I honestly feel comfortable and worry free at this apartment complex knowing they have our backs. Feels like family!
  
  Maintenance is great as well and they will come promptly and fix things - we've only had to do that a couple times for minor stuff though since our apartment is great quality :) They may take 1-2 day to get to your problem, but they get it done. Never had an issue with noise, neighbors, maintenance or management.
  
  Appliances are pretty energy-efficient as far as we can tell - our energy bill has been super reasonable!! The blinds are 2-inches, which means they look really nice and don't get all bent out of whack :) Parking is a breeze, we have assigned parking, we've never had an issue with parking crazy far from our apartment.
  
  It breaks my heart knowing I won't be renewing my lease with Arzano this year since I need an apartment a little closer to my job, but I would lease here in a heart beat. I truly love the Arzano apartments! Highly recommend this place!
