  I attended my first Qigong class this morning, it was a wonderful experience. Our teacher was knowledgeable and fun. My classmates were kind, thoughtful people. I plan on going again as soon as possible and bringing guests. I also bought some delicious tea from their organic store.

  Sifu JC has helped me in so many ways. I had nutritional counseling and changed my eating habits and did a cleansing to be in better health. Qigong exercises have toned my muscles and made me more flexible with improved balance. Sifu JC explains thoroughly what the exercises affect and very explicit directions on all the moves of the exercise. I had several medical Qigong sessions from Sifu JC and now have no knee pain and no right shoulder pain with full range of motion in both arms. Lectures and workshops have helped me understand and learn about herbs, teas, meditation and spirituality. The store carries all the health products and I especially love his Balance, Energy formulas and his Greens powder. It's an all encompassing program to obtain exuberant health.   Amazing atmosphere, friendly and knowledgeable staff, great community of like minded/ healthy minded individuals. The Tai Chi and Qigong classes are fun, challenging, and relaxing. Absolutely love the healing arts and services offered here! After class I get organic food bars and drinks and I also pick up my Tonic herbs and nutritional supplements here. This place is authentic and is the real deal when it comes to Tai Chi and Qigong instruction. I will be training here a long time!
