She kept in touch without being pushy until I was finally able to come in. I arrived while she wasn’t there, but she was kind enough to refer me to Mike, who was an absolute gem! He listened to my needs and anticipated things I didn’t know I needed. He was honest and spoke to me (instead of my husband) about all aspects of the car. The detailing and paperwork took no time! I love my E450!! 5 stars for amazing customer service and product!

Check in is fast and I go away with a clear understanding what service will be performed and approximate cost. He keeps in touch, letting me know if anything else should be done and when my vehicle will be done. I also get a call when it is ready. The check out process is simple and quick.
