Randy was very responsive, honest and easy to work with. He even went out of his way to help save me a little extra money. Excellent experience.

Extra Space Storage is a clean and modern facility. The manager Roger is friendly. The price is average compared to other facilities. Beware, they do charge a $29 administrative fee.

This place has great customer service and is very friendly. I'm writing this as my first review because I normally don't like to spend time writing them but they definitely deserve it. Shout out to Randy who was very helpful in getting me set up.

Excellent customer service! I have a shared unit and one of us wasn’t able to snag their key prior to making a work trip to AZ. Randy not only went above and beyond to help my friend, when I called to ask a huge favor that favor was already completed by Randy. My friend had to leave stuff outside of our unit to a void missing her flight and before I had a chance to ask Randy had already placed everything in our unit. I was shocked. That is top notch customer service!

Randy and Juan are amazing! Kind, helpful and easy to work with. We have used many storage facilities through the years and this one is the best by far! Great staff, clean, safe and secure!
