I’ve experienced six therapy sessions so far - two of them have been EMDR sessions.
I appreciate their atmosphere of emotional and mental processing in a faith based environment.
Each therapist only mentioned God and faith after I did. This showed me they value my own belief and are truly available to receive me as I am.
With their help, I’ve been able to identify hurts I’ve held on to, forgive myself and others, and recognize my beauty and value and the beauty and value of others.
