There was a mixup on the inventory availability, but Shelly pitched in, and between them, made it happen for us. The discounts available made our purchase even better! We recommend this store for their wonderful staff and excellent showroom. Great experience, from start to finish.

We were out of state and looking to purchase a chair that we could take to my Sister on our short visit. Pete made it happen of which we are grateful for. La-Z-Boy quality is second to none and the chair we purchased is perfect and will last for many years to come. Thanks so much for everything Pete, you're #1!

I was greeted and shown the chair that I came in for. After going through the other chairs I ended back to my first choice and was made aware of options and care, the salesperson asked the closing question.
I purchased and I walked out filling that I made the correct decision!

(November 18, 2018, 7:00 pm)The people in your Las Vegas store were wonderful. Paul and Nancy were so very helpful to me and my clients. They were able to advise us on fabrics. Unfortunately, we will need to cancel our order with lazy boy in Las Vegas due to the fact that corporate has changed their delivery policy and no longer delivers to Saint George, UT. I am an interior designer and have used lazy boy of Las Vegas for many years but will now be unable to continue my relationship due to the problem with delivery to Saint George. That is unfortunate because I have enjoyed a relationship in that store for many years. Their service is personable and helpful. Too bad corporate doesn't put their customers first.
