  Taste varies depending on what you order but it's consistent from order to order. Excellent app. Ordering ahead is frequently timely but they can miss the mark by 10 - 15 minutes.

  Great food and very well run location. Best thing about this particular location is actually the people. Fantastic customer service. Shout out to Arianna at the drive thru! She is always so friendly, and always gets orders right!

  Love this location. I know Panera is the same everywhere, but the customer service at this location is fantastic. Jenny is the friendliest, spunkiest, server who happily checks on diners. Bee is new , but like Jenny, she’s very helpful and friendly. They really make you want to go back. It’s a nice surprise to have at a fast food/bakery. Nice job manager for running a great operation. Your leadership shows through your employees.

  Despite the limitations of the virus, Panera does well in the preparation of favorite dishes, like their yummy soups and fresh salads. Had a wonderful Fuji Apple Chicken Salad, full of exotic fresh greens, cherry tomatoes and crunchy sweet slices of dried Fuji apples drenched in a luscious dressing, a great summer Corn Chowder accompanied by a baguette and divine butter; but they fail in getting those items to table, together with your beverage, utensils, etc. The servers are friendly but untrained, prices on the higher side, yet the offerings and quality make it a successful chain with a repeat clientele. Don't miss the excellent French Onion Soup or the Napa Valley Chicken salad sandwich. Good location.
