All I can say now is that this company undoubtedly lives up to their name! My selling agent, Lori Davidge, is a flat-out consummate professional (pardon the pun) and I couldn’t be happier with the unparalleled dedicated and honest service I received. Anyone who is currently in the process of or considering selling their home should stop reading now and call her immediately!
For those NOT interested in keeping as much of their equity as possible, feel free to stop reading as well and enjoy throwing your money away on excessive and highly inflated commission fees. For those reading on, let me say that I first discovered Lori and Flat Fee Pros like anyone else researching the process of selling their home in hopes of keeping as much equity as possible. After an exhausting amount of research, I was very close to signing with a 1% listing service. I am not going to knock all of these services, but there was only one I would have considered after being “sold” by over a dozen real estate agents looking for nothing more than a big paycheck.
Fortunately, I found Flat Fee Pros and after meeting with Lori, I was left confident and assured she was not only the agent I needed, but also one that I knew I could trust. There are no gimmicks, no tricks, no hidden fees, and no BS! From beginning to end, Lori was highly motivated, effective, and committed to selling my home at the highest and best price possible. As one of the previous reviews points out, you may be a paying for a low flat fee service, but the service you’re getting in return is easily worth 10x more.
Bottom line: Listing with Flat Fee Pros was the best decision I could have made and I only wish I had found them and Lori sooner! Do your research and you’ll agree that listing with Flat Fee Pros is a NO-BRAINER!

(February 28, 2018, 8:24 pm)First off, I'm a retired RE/MAX broker/owner with 17 years of experience in the Las Vegas real estate market. I had my son list with Flat Fee Pros because the fees were low and I felt I could make up for any inadequacies that a listing agent may have (sorry, I'm a former broker; I think most real estate agents are idiots). What I got was a highly experienced agent that communicated extremely well, was on top of the transaction throughout and gave me service that equaled or excelled the best agents that I have ever met in my career. Seriously, their agent was absolutely top drawer! The agent I'm referring to is Lori Davidge. Ask for her . Use her. Do not list with Flat Fee Pros just because they are low priced; list for the excellent service. I am going to repost this on Yelp, too.
