Vegas Cash for Houses did a fantastic job and bought our house fast! We needed to move in a hurry and the house needed repairs we couldn’t afford to fix. We needed to sell our house very quickly so we called Vegas Cash for Houses and they came right out and looked at our house at a time that worked for us. Nathan was really friendly and professional. He gave us an offer for our house that was very fair considering the roof repairs and other things that needed to be
fixed. We didn’t even have to decide immediately if we were going to accept the offer, which
was great because it gave us time to talk about it.
After we decided to accept the offer, the rest happened fast. We opted for a fast closing
because we needed to sell as quickly as possible so we could move. As soon as we were packed, it was time for the closing and it went very smoothly. We received our money almost immediately afterward and were extremely happy because we didn’t have to show the house or wait for it to sit on the market. It was so easy. Now we have cash for our new house!
