Been using them for auto insurance for years. Diana and Chelsee are quite the duo.

Chelsee is a one of a kind. Mind blowing customer service. Exceptional, hands on treatment. You'll never want another insurance company.

As a consumer and having delt with many insurance companies, AmFam has been pretty good. BUT the difference maker is the level of support from their agents is what separates them. The McIntosh Agency is excellent! Seriously, if you want insurance then this is the place. I've had a claim, no issues. Call to discuss, perfect grades everytime. Chelsea is a superstar, when you call she remembers you and takes the time to talk. I cannot remember when I enjoyed talking to an insurance person...:) I believe that if it weren't for Chelsea and her excellence, I would have moved on. I can get a few dollars off going to someplace else but why? The Diana McIntosh agency is awesome and the service is second to none.

I/we have been a client of Diana's since the mid 2000s when another insurance company (not AmFm) attempted to charge me/us 3xs the amount for homeowners insurance! Go without saying we bundled our auto with them, too.

You could not ask for, or find, a better and harder working insurance agent than Diana Mcintosh. Her amazing assistant, Chelsea, also deserves huge kudos!

You just know they are on the ball and always upbeat helping me out. Insurance can be weird, but you can feel safe and well taken care of having Diana and Chelsea watching your back :)
