Windmill Realty has been managing my property for over 10 years and I could not have asked for more. ZERO out of the ordinary issues with our tenants; never missed a payment payment and no major repairs! Their screening of tenants is outstanding.

As someone who lives in another state, have zero headaches is a blessing. In the 10 years, I've never had to make any emergency visits to the home.

All tax related documentation related to home are handled by Windmill realty, all I do is hand over the paperwork to my CPA once a year and that's it!
