(December 11, 2018, 11:58 am)I've been renting my home for one month now. So far, so good. Move-in went very smooth, very little needed to be done which was impressive. Staff are very professional and nice. No run-arounds which makes it nice when you are moving and have enough to deal with. UPDATE: I have been living in the house for 8 months now and everything is great. I had a leaking hose faucet outside and it was easy to submit the request, the respond and repair were done quickly and there was a follow up to be sure everything was handled. Still a 5 star from me.

(August 15, 2018, 9:14 pm)They made this whole process so easy! We love the house we live in and feel very taken care of whenever we have an issue, which is almost never! The only time we had an issue was with the online portal when we went to pay rent but once I called and spoke with the manager she got it taken care of and even refunded me the late fee!
