  I’ve been renting for upwards of 20 years in the US and abroad and have never had such a POSITIVE experience with a property management company. Their attention to detail (biannual inspections, maintenance programs for air filters and pool, etc) is fantastic. Anytime we’ve ever contacted them regarding an issue, we receive a call from them or a vendor in less than 24 hours, often immediately. Perhaps the best part to me is that the renter is not made to feel “less than,” but as an active participant in preserving the value of the home for the owner. Beyond pleased with Blackbird!

  Everyone is very pleasant. The staff works with urgency on getting things fixed. It has been such a pleasure renting with blackbird realty. Carlee is amazing!!!! And such a sweetheart. It has given my family a beautiful opportunity to live comfortably and for once I feel so happy giving money monthly. It's rare to have people on top of things which makes you dread handing your money over
  But not with this company. They are great! I would recommend them to friends and family for sure!

  Blackbird Realty is a very reliable company. I have been renting with them for about four years now and I have never had any negative experiences. They are always eager to assist. Every maintenance request I have ever submitted, was addressed within 24 hours. I would recommend renting from Blackbird to anyone looking for a rental home.
