Can’t go wrong with this shop. Fair and honest.

Had a great experience with the bicycle lab having our first mountain bikes assembled. Price was very reasonable with quality workmanship and the shop owner gave us a little tutorial on how to use our new bikes. Also kudos on the clever, nerdy name bicycle “lab” as well as the cool bike “autopsy” table and faux bike X-rays on the wall. The owner obviously put a lot of thought into the name and shop setup and that same thoughtfulness is evident in his top notch work!

Excellent friendly service, with the work completed on-time and at a very fair price. Highly recommend Mike and his shop!

In the seven years I've been in town getting bikes cared for, The Bicycle Lab has given the best results for the fairest prices.

I keep forgetting to leave a review, so I'd better correct myself and leave one immediately. The Bicycle Lab definitely deserves a glowing report.

Mike's shop feels like stepping into a buddy's well-worn garage, with custom works-in-progress to admire and a sizable tool rack and workbench to envy. When things are less busy, you can chat with Mike as he fixes or tunes your bike "while you wait", but you may not get the chance as this place was really hopping last time I was there. Mike was constantly taking in bikes needing repair, and turning out bikes good as new for grateful cyclists; even then my simple fixes were ready sooner than I expected.

Not to mention, I always trust a mechanic whose workbench is plainly visible when you walk into the shop. That's a fair sign that the mechanic is proud of their work and has nothing to hide.

I would recommend this place to anybody for any level of work. Call in first; some days are appointment only, and some are free for walk ins.
