Panchos Vegan Tacos Tropicana

This is place is my favorite thing about Vegas! (Actually, it's the only thing I really like about Vegas, but let's leave that alone.) My boyfriend and I aren't even vegan, but we support vegan restaurants that are making food, so twice during the summer we stopped at Pancho's. In addition to the yummy savory food, I also appreciated the option for vegan ice cream for desert. Perfect for the sweltering summertime temps!

update: there salsa is no joke! Spicy af. And I love spicy food!

Not sure what I can add that hasn’t already been said, but this place is delicious, well priced, friendly, and unapologetically vegan. It’s like Mexican food that happens to be vegan! Coming from Los Angeles I have high expectations and they come through. Enchiladas with mushrooms are especially good. Love a place that isn’t reliant on vegan meat! Though that’s also tasty. The California burrito slaps, even in Nevada.

Best Vegan Mexican restaurant in town. Can't go wrong here with the choices. Every dish is vegan and is served hot 🔥 and delicious. Customer service is friendly and knowledgeable. Decor and Music are nice. Restrooms are clean and functional. You must call ahead to have dine in and wear masks during the Pandemic. Come here for deep flavors!
