(April 18, 2020, 1:34 am)My wife and I gleaned a lot of knowledge from the Concealed Firearm Permit Renewal Course. Both instructors displayed a vast breadth of knowledge and seemed to genuinely care our well-being on the subject matter. The guest speaker, Tony Dee, inserted a dash of humor while at the same time spoke about a few relevant stories. A brilliant addition to the training. We highly recommend this course. The course is comprehensive and professionally given along with reasonable pricing. We also want to give a shout out to the personnel conducting the hands on (range) portion. The range officer displayed excellence with instruction and safety procedures. Even the associate behind the counter was eager to help and pleasant to deal with. Hats off to all The Gun Store staff!
(February 16, 2020, 4:58 pm)i love shooting full automatic Weapons at this Range, this is the only thing i do when i visit Las Vegas, if you are ever going to Visit Las Vegas, you should consider shooting here, there are several shooting ranges here in Las Vegas but this place is my favorite. at the time i visited in 2012, i bought thier 3-gun Packages, a 45cal Thompson Submachine Gun, it's replacement M3 Grease Gun and M249 light machine gun.
the Thompson Submachine Gun fire a 45cal ammo, is gun to shoot but it's a Heavy Carbine to carry, the army then ordered a cheaper Alternatives and came up with the M3 Grease gun, it's way cheaper to make and if it breaks, you just toss it away and it is not designed to be repaired. i like shooting the grease gun a lot better than the thompson, the rate of fire is slower and it's lighter then the thompson.
the M249 light machine gun is heavy, it is fed either by Chain linked ammo or M16 magazines, too heavy for me to left and fire like Arnold does in the movie ^_^
(February 11, 2020, 6:33 pm)The best shooting range in Las Vegas. They pick you up and drop you off make sure you ask for Big Steve as a driver and Chad as the instructor. Chad is fantastic so kind , and takes time to explain how each gun should be used. We had such a great experience the first time we went back again 3 days later and got a VIP package it was really worth it thanks to Chad.

Chad was our instructor and helped us pick the best guns for us. He was extremely professional and friendly, making us feel very safe the whole time.
On our way out we were offered a free lift back to our hotel. Our driver Steve was super friendly and helpful!
Loved our first experience at The Gun Store and hopefully we can make it back soon!
(January 26, 2020, 2:25 pm)Me and buddy went there expecting nothing besides good variety of weapons and ok prices. Little did we now that they also had great customer service. Everyone on the staff was friendly and eager to help us out, two guys that was just visiting the country and wanted to try some shooting. A special thanks goes to Chad, our range master which were professional and great with instructions on weapons care and handling. Thanks for a providing us with a great experience!
