Magic Auto Spa & EP Smog

We are the Dean park of Suite America and temporary corporate stay, we love our floor plan 1G, internal finishes, appliances etc and so how quiet it is when windows are closed.

The amenities are top notch, very accessible, beautifully maintained! It is resort like honestly and the pools are heated and comfortable to lap in the Olympic size surrounding by cabanas and palm trees giving a modern holiday vibe.

To top it all off the staff are super friendly and special big shout-out to Brendon from leasing team who is super friendly to talk us through some of the basics for our first day in America relocating internationally, as well as showing us around in detail with no rush :) Dean has been super lovely we consider continuing staying here longer term 👌🏽💕

First of all this is a very nice apartment complex, it's very open and updated. Good parts to this apartment are the big pool, the updated grounds, dog park, and very nice people. Although the app to open each door takes quite a long time. The pool is only 4 feet (no diving) and the hot tub is far away from the pool areas. But most of all I do think that this is a nice place to live, it's a little pricey though. There are hip friendly people who are some of the nicest people you can meet! (including their dogs) And it's walking distance to Safeway, Trader Joes, and Starbucks, which is a good trail for dog walking. The Dean has it's problems, but no place is perfect (granted, they could have made the pool at least 8ft.) it's a great place to live, and has excellent decorations with fountains placed all around. You're sure to have a great time and meet many more people.

Excellent luxury rental with well-lit and well designed apartments and amazing views of the mountains around. Conveniently located close to many chains- Trader Joe's, Walmart, Costco, etc Has a bank of America atm right opposite to it and a gas station as well.

The parking lot can be a bit difficult to navigate at first, but once you figure out, you should be good.

The common areas are aplenty and well maintained. There are fireplaces, jacuzzis, swimming pools and many multipurpose rooms work rooms, screening rooms and services that the residents can avail. The facilities offer stand true to a luxury rental.

The only problematic part is the Latch access- it takes a long time to unlock the elevators in the parking garage. Sometimes the keys are unresponsive even after unlocking with latch.

Maintenance can be more timely.
