    Dr. Shafi is a wonderful doctor. He is caring and took time to answer mine and my husband's questions. He took time to hear my concerns and provided guidance. I am extremely happy he is my doctor. I agree with some of the other comments about phone wait times.

    Love Dr. Shafi. He really has helped cure my stomach issues and get to the bottom of what’s going on. He’s an AMAZING doctor to have! Unfortunately some of the staff aren’t very nice. The receptionist doesn’t wear a mask, none of the women ever pick up the phone or will leave you on hold for over 30 mins (it’s happened to me many of times) I’ve never seen his assistant smile once, and she always has a really bad attitude. I just think it’s sad because you’re working around people who have health issues, the least you can do is be kind. Other than the some of the staff, Dr. Shafi is the best GI doc out there and I definitely recommend him to others!
