  Marshall Stearns is very efficient and very organized management company that has provided me with great service on my investment property since day one. I am always able to get a quick response from Jerrid (Head Property Manager) whenever I have any questions or need assistance. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to move their real estate portfolio from understaffed, inefficient property management companies who just collect a fee and send you endless repair bills while providing no real service.

  Renting a property over 2 years with Marshall Stearns has been a pleasure, everyone is in their game, very attentive and helpful. When it comes to maintenance issues, is very easy to contact someone and they handle everything right away, sooner than you know someone is calling you back to fix and take care of any issues.
  After 20 years living in Las Vegas-Henderson area I have to say MS is by far the best management company I have done business with, hands down, so when it comes to renting or needing someone to manage your property definitely MS should be your first option. I always recommend MS to all my friends, family and people I know. Thanks MS for your professionalism.

  I've rented a property from Marshall Stearns for the past two years and it has definitely been the most positive experience I have had with a property management company here in Vegas. Peter Claudio was the agent I worked with and has always been extremely helpful and knowledgeable every time I have had to contact him. My AC went out at the height of Vegas summer this past August and it was fixed the VERY SAME DAY. If you've lived in Vegas you know how unusual this is. I would highly recommend working with this company for any of your property needs.

  My first experience when I moved out here was with this company and they are awesome!! They allowed us to move in pretty quickly after doing a military move. They worked with us from.beginning to end and made us feel welcomed. The property we rented was way beyond what we expected and in a wonderful neighborhood. No matter what the issue may have been, they were always quick to respond (and there weren't any issues). Their professionalism was and still is above reproach and they make you feel like family. I would recommend them to any and every body as their customer service is awesome. Thank you to the wonderful staff at Marshall Stearns from the Parris Family for showing us the Vegas way of life. We wouldn't have settled in so quickly if it weren't for you!!

  The team at Marshall Stearns are the best that I’ve ever dealt with when looking for and securing a home to rent.
  Peter Claudio is the agent to whom handled my lease. He was well versed with my home, lease and made the perfect liaison between me and the owner as we were able to personalize my needs..
  I’m grateful to Marshall Stearns.. If I ever have to relocate again I will be using them..
