I have made a few friends here that had some serious health problems but were able to do the rehab and get back into better shape than me. I have seen this brand new system work for over 5 people, including myself and "I am a total believer!"
If you're really committed to losing weight or have had difficulties exercising in the past go to Moonwalk Cardio, it's the best thing you'll ever do!
