Impeccable service by Juan and the manager Eric circulating to every table clearly is a sign of the management's dedication to customer satisfaction.

Had the wedge salad which is a perfect portion for an individual. The buttermilk blue cheese dressing was perfect - too many other places make it too thick.

The taste of the bone-in rib eye and the crispy salt pepper char was excellent! The steaks are dry aged so the slightly gamey taste is normal and expected. The steak while it had an exemplary taste, was chewy. This was because it was not marbled enough which is unusual for a rib-eye. Closer to bone was tender and marbled which confirms initial evaluation.

The goose fat potatoes were just ok. Lacked salt and crispiness or a taste of goose fat. If they had just regular duck fat french fries like in Montreal it would be a home run with the steak!

This is a fantastic place to grab a great quality steak if you’re near the Las Vegas strip. I was impressed with the ambiance and the friendliness of the staff. They dry age their meats and it is not disappointing. I was told that the way they prepare their meat for cooking is with butter, salt, and pepper. Then they sear it with a very slight crust. I got the ribeye steak and was in heaven. Really good. They have bread to eat while you wait. I ordered twice baked potatoes us gratin for a side dish. I loved it all. I couldn’t finish it completely. They have a good selection of drink choices. All very professional and top notch. Other than the high prices (~$65/steak), it’s a great experience. I would eat here again.

Reservations were a breeze to setup. We even had push it back by half an hour and the staff was very accommodating.

The decor was a sexy dessed in red with pictures of ladies from a different Era dressed In little to nothing but tasteful.

Our waitress greeted the table with drink menus and a smile. She presented us with the evening specials and she was very attentive when taking our drink and food orders. She made sure to double back at the right time for our second round of drinks.

The drinks took a while to come out but they were well worth the wait. I always order an Old Fashioned when I go to a nice steak house and this place did not disappoint. The bar really did an excellent job that night.

I had the 14oz dry aged NY strip. The steak came out with a salt and black pepper crust that you could tap with the knife and hear. The center was hot, pink and juicy and the outer crust just made everything a delight. I added the chimichurri aioli and it really took it to another level.

We order a few different sides as they were family style. The Strip House Potatoes, Black Truffle Creamed Spinach, Sautéed Wild Mushrooms, Grilled Asparagus, Mac and Cheese and the real star of the sides....THE HASSELBECK GOOSE FAT POTATOES! I would definitely order all the sides again with the exception of the Mac and Cheese, It was bland and kind of dry.

Thanks to the staff and culinary specialists the evenings experience was a great one.

Great food and friendly service. The bacon appetizer was super! Steak and sea bass was excellent quality. Molten lava chocolate cake was a chocolate lover's dream.
