Verizon Authorized Retailer - Victra

I visited this store several times in the last month or so. The first visit, the agent wasn't aware of some of the nuances of the promotions. (I think all agents who work for any carrier have difficult jobs, not only keeping up with all the promotions, but also being able to answer all the questions about all cell phones available.) I ultimately purchased a new iPhone and iPad online. When I needed help and went back to the store, Derek was always great when assisting me. I would recommend this store.

Terrance was super knowledgeable and patient. My account was messed up when I switched from a family plan to my own account. Terrance helped me fix it and also handles upgrading my phone. Highly recommend!!

Derek did a great job getting me the phone I wanted and went the extra mile by setting up my new phone and transferring all the data from my old phone. Great experience!
