Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The was good as always. The store seemed under staffed. I made a big order. When I received my order and went to my car. I have learned to check my order before I go and noticed I was missing an item. I took my, with receipt, back in and the issue was resolved quickly. Carolyn is awesome

I wanted to write a review about my visit to Popeyes today. I know this location has a lot of bad reviews so I wanted to share my experience. The man at the register, Antonio, was extremely helpful and kind. It was extremely busy at 12 pm and they were short staffed. He kept a calm demeanor and was kind to every customer, including myself. He apologized profusely for the wait and gave me a free dessert. My food was fantastic. I HIGHLY recommend the blackened chicken tenders and cajun fries.

Came in early on a holiday, staff was friendly and personable. Antonio was friendly and on the ball with service. I don't like to review fast food chains unless they impressed me, this one did. Good job.

Upon arriving,there was a long line for the drive thru,so we went inside instead. The lobby and dining area needed to be cleaned. The drink area and floor was sticky from people spilling drinks. The eating area needed to be cleaned--floors mopped and tables cleaned off etc.

The food was cooked to order and it was nice and hot. The fried chicken was cooked to the proper temperature as it was bleeding inside.

The staff was friendly and no issues.

Easy access to US 95 located off of the Craig Road exit.

I'd recommend this location.
