  Awesome customer service. I took my Highlander in last year (2018) around June for an AC tuneup and oil change. Everything seem fine.
  
  Fast forward to today March 2019. My husband was about to change the oil in my car. When he went to remove the oil drain plug, the bolt just slipped right off, turns out the bolt was stripped of its threading. On top of that the oil filter wasn't installed correctly so oil was slowly leaking out and all over the engine.
  
  My husband called Meineke and talked to the manager Robert there and explained to him what he found. The manager apologized, sent out a tow truck, picked up my car, took it back to the shop to check it out. After the inspection, they agreed it was a their mistake and replaced the pan with a new one, and did a new oil change, ALL ON THE HOUSE.
  
  I applaud them for the amazing customer service. They took responsibility for their action and fixed it. 5 stars!!!

  I wish car care wasn't so expensive. But I always take my car here. They will let me know the prices before and will work with me about prices to some stuff. Everyone is polite and even though I always think Car mechanics are trying to rip me off, I trust them there.

  When going to this location...Ask for John he took care of all my car's needs...he's the guy who knows what true service means. I would suggest him to anyone in my Family or friends. Thank John for taking care of me I truly appreciate.

  John and the mechanics here are thorough and very solid. The guys at this shop are spot on. I will not go anywhere else for work on my F250 or my Dodge 1500. I referred all my friends here. Very impressed!
