Tony and Bella are honest and take care and time to talk with you about the actual problem with your car and what it needs to fix it. (January 3, 2020, 8:17 pm)GREAT PRICE AND WELL WORTH IT ! I WAS PROFESSIONALLY GREETED ON ARRIVAL. THE WHOLE CREW WAS EXTREMELY NICE AND INFORMATIONAL. THE BATHROOM WAS EVEN CLEAN, WHICH IS RARE FOR ANY AUTO PLACE.
I EVEN CALLED MY MOM AND BROTHER TO COME GET AN OIL CHANGE THERE AS WELL, THEY SHOWED UP 10 MINUTES LATER. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS ANY OF THEIR LISTED SERVICES DONE ! #5STARS -

(July 13, 2019, 1:15 pm)I was searching online for a place to get a smog cheap and found V.I.P. Auto Service 2. I walked in with low expectations, partly due to the $8.99 smog, and was met by an extremely friendly and professional employee. I checked in and asked about the wait and was told 25 minutes. They matched the quoted timeframe almost exactly.
Once the smog test was complete, the manager came to talk to me. Going above and beyond, he told me the result, offered a convenient location for a kiosk to renew my registration, and even quoted me for a 60,000mile service, which my car will definitely need, almost 50% lower than the dealership.
This has been, by far, the best example of Customer Service that I have experienced in a looong time.
The employees made my visit Effortless, I felt Appreciated as a customer, and Secure because they had my needs in mind!
