  They fixed my tire for free and was very courtesy and very prompt. They didn't try to sell me additional tires, just did the work and sent me on my way. The manager was very nice too and the waiting area was very clean and comfortable.

  Tyler and his staff were helpful and friendly. They worked within my budget. Had more problems than just my brakes, ordered the part that I needed, but, that took a little time to get. I was there from 8:30 - 1:00, but when all said and done, I would recommend them.

  Extremely excellent service ! I went here because another car place told me that I had a seal on my brake cylinder was leaking and wanted to charge me$500 to fix it so I called big o and they told me that they would fix it for $300 so I went there and when they took off my tire they said there is no leak they were honest and trustworthy and I have never experienced this before if you need work on your car this is the place to go for fair and honest experience. Thank you Kevin and your wonderful team!

  I love these guys! Had a flat and needed 4 new tires. They helped me get financed and 4 tires within my budget! It feels like family when I come in, even for a routine oil change. I recommend this place to anyone.
