  The amount of care and compassion these folks demonstrate goes above and beyond my expectations. Derrick and his team are total professionals. I have had multiple surgeries experiencing debilitating physical set backs they have pulled me back to "normal" both times. 5 stars is not enough!

  I have been receiving PT services at Select PT for my hip and knee, both pre and post surgery, for several months. The office staff is very friendly and made me feel welcome from Day 1. Scheduling my sessions for times most convenient for me was easy. The PT staff is professional and seem to really care about my progress. I have had positive experiences with several of the therapists. I am currently working with Logan Klahn. I am convinced he is the right therapist for my needs and I have total confidence in his approach and recommendations. I enthusiastically recommend Select Physical Therapy for anyone seeking therapy services.

  Completely regained mobility of my left arm after a shoulder break. Skyler and Kelly were both excellent to worth with. Super nice. Recovered my mobility very quickly. Great facility, great staff!!

  The entire staff was great each and every day that we went. Skyler has been very attentive to our needs and concerns. I would definitely return if PT was needed again.

  I can't say enough good things about the staff at Select Physical Therapy on Nellis. Everyone there is professional, well-informed, knowledgeable, thorough and always shows a sincere interest in the well-being of their clients. Liz and Jackie at the desk give everyone a warm welcome and make sure things are in order right from the start. And, Schuyler and Steven are very attentive to my needs and my pain level as they carefully guide me through the workout that's helping my legs get better with every visit. They are very encouraging and compassionate when I am having a bad day. Observing other staff at this facility I see that everyone there works to provide the same level of care for each client that comes through the door. I highly recommend Select Physical Therapy to anyone that requires assistance with healing.
