  This review is for amber. I lost my debit card and ID and the north Decatur branch told me that I’m pretty much screwed. So I called this location and amber informed me of all my options to prove my identity. So thank you for being knowledgeable and taking the time to explain everything over the phone.

  Amazing customer service by Amber. I schedule an appointment we had a warm welcome by everyone. My appointment was on time, Amber was super helpful with everything, she explained everything and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Thank you Amber!!

  This is my favorite ATM location. Especially in the days before smartphone bank apps that now let you deposit checks directly online without leaving the house, this ATM was fed a steady diet of checks that I had received from afar.
  
  Nowadays about the only thing that I need an ATM for is to actually get my hands on some cold, hard cash which is infrequently needed.
  
  Pretty much all financial transactions are either processed directly online or via credit card. I personally write only a handful of checks each year. We are truly becoming a cashless society.

  The branch is clean, the employees are friendly, but the surrounding area feels somewhat unsafe at night. I have never had any problems here and primarily use the drive through.
