  Love this dental office and all of their staff!!!!! The hygienist is amazing and actually made going to the dentist enjoyable!!!!!

  3rd visit so far went great! they always get me in as far as appointments every week if needed, confident assistants , staff is nice and confident , Dr was fast and flawless , and the hygienist "Jan" is good at what she does. can't say the same about the Flamingo location but this is about Rancho Just what Im looking for in a dentist PoW!

  Gentle Dental North Rancho location.
  
  I called this morning at 8:46 am. Got an appointment for 9:30 am. This was an emergency to get tooth abstraction by my choice . I want to express that I never have been to any doctor/dentist office that I was treated so fast and so effective that this office treated me. The moment I walked in till the moment I walked out, I felt no concerns at all. The front desk was awesome,. The dentist chair assistant and of course the Dentist Doctor himself was awesome.
  
  I know people put dentist needs off till needs can't wait any longer. I recommend this facility to any one for your dentist needs. You will walk out feeling awesome. I don't have the words to describe how great of a visit this was. I didn't expect to pay what I paid, at the end it was worth every cent. Thank you. Gentle Dental. You all are the best

  My brand new crown fell out just now. From flossing, I was told to floss as normal with this permanent cement, will update after business hours to see if they fix it. They fixed my first issue no problems. Was wonderful but this one, idk only lasted less then 72 hours. I'm sure there will be no problem, they are usually pretty good with me.
  So found out crown was placed on thursday not 3 days ago, my bad. So far everything is going great! Professionalism from the receptionist lady, as always. Looking to he hassle free visit! Upgraded to 3 stars.
  Amazing! Thank you!! Back to where you are supposed to be.

  I’ve been going to the Gentle dental location on N Rancho since 2002 and would highly recommend coming here. All the staff are very courteous and highly knowledgeable. Very friendly, safe environment. Never had a problem. Checkup Appointments are quick and thorough! Best dentist in town in my opinion!
