(April 6, 2018, 9:56 pm)The owners of Eldercare Services are the most professional of all the personal care managers I work with. They run an outstanding organization. Eldercare Services would be my first referral whenever asked about personal care services in town.
(April 6, 2018, 7:25 pm)I have worked for this company for 10 years now. It is unfortunate that there are some bad comments written. I know that the owners are very caring. They always go above and beyond to make sure that the patients are well taken care of. Patient safety is their primary concern. Eldercare Services is the only company I've worked for that truly have the compassion as a Personal Care giving agency. I personally worked for that patient that is mentioned on the last negative comment (Melissa L.). They look down on caregivers like myself which is unfortunate because I have done everything they've asked of me. I was told to leave the home of the client because I insisted on being with the father while he was in the bathroom to assure safety. I never "walked out" as they have said. Please do not listen to all the negative comments because Eldercare Services is the best company I have worked for. Rest assure that your loved one will be cared for with open arms as one of our FAMILY.
(October 22, 2015, 3:56 pm)I have seen how this company works behind the scenes and I must say I was impressed by how personal their approach was in handling their clients. A family-run business, that's just the way they I saw them treat their clients - like family. They personify the word 'CARE' in their name.
I have recommended a handful of my personal friends' loved-ones to them without hesitation. And I would not hesitate to ensign them to care for my own parents when the time arrives.
More power to Eldercare Services!
(October 22, 2015, 1:11 pm)Letty has been taking care of my grandfather for about 5 months, and he absolutely loves her!! She's very attentive and you could tell that she cares for him like he was her own relative. I am not saying it wasn't smooth sailing all the way, but whenever there was something wrong the management takes care of things personally and always tries to fix it the best they can. They are very hands on, which I like, because you could tell that they care for their patients. Would highly recommend them! :)
