We've have some nice Hunter-Douglas remote controlled blinds for some years but the remote just failed and our original vendor said H-D do not sell the wall mounted version anymore. Clambering 10' to operate them manually was not a solution but BlindParts had them in stock. Shipping was super fast and we are now up and running again.

I had purchased 2 Sun blocking large RollEase roller blinds years ago..
In my latest move I lost the hanging brackets..
I had no recollection of where I had purchased blinds, and as they are still in very good condition, wanted to use them..

YES, I have had a Vertical Blind that has had several broken Carriers for far too many years. Thanks to the Pandemic, I have Finally gotten to that repair on my Honey Do List! I originally contacted Hunter Douglas for assistance in obtaining some small parts to fix and repair my Draw Strings on another Blind, and they were very helpful. I also ask for some help with the Vertical, but ultimately they needed to see some type of tag or ID to make sure it was in fact a Hunter Douglas Blind. That took some time and became a Full Project that also required the Vacuum and Tools! I was very Fortunate to discover the Blind had tags that proved it was a HD Product! After a week of back and forth and the exchange of several pictures, HD referred me to a Local Provider! I called them and after a few days received a call back and by email sent them the pictures I had sent HD. I asked for some assistance in getting parts for a repair. The Local Provider emailed me a reply in which he laughed at the idea of a repair and instead offered to replace the Blind for $310.00... I advised that was not in the picture. I again contacted HD and had asked for assistance with the parts. After a week of great assistance, they informed me my parts were not within the available Service of the Lifetime coverage and were not able to assist me further! I didn't even know the true name of parts I needed but after reviewing a few videos and doing research I was able to ID the parts as being HD "Carriers" and the Hunt was On!! After several Internet Searches I found "BlindParts.com" and from their site I found pictures of the exact Carriers I needed for the Repair! Now the Question was, Where are they Located... WOW... They were also in Las Vegas... I couldn't believe it! I called them, discussed my issue and they helped me with selecting the Correct Part in the Right Format for my Repair! It was a nice Drive across town and back, but for less than $30.00 I was able to complete the repair with the correct parts and Finally put this project to bed! The young man I spoke with over the phone was Simply Awesome and very helpful! He assisted me to properly ID the correct configuration of the part which I would not have thought of had he not mentioned it! Many Thanks for a Great Experience... Simply Awesome! Thank You!
