The hotel itself was pretty decent. My family and I were super impressed with the staff in the restaurant! The food was really good, but the hostess Ms. Carmen was spectacular! She waited on us hand and foot like we were the only people there- and she was super nice!

the people here are so accommodating and kind. after being stranded at the airport, due to cancellations, they provided us with so much care and understanding for our situation. they scheduled us for a shuttle ride and allowed us to stay in our hotel room way past the check out time so we wouldn’t have to wait at the airport for multiple hours before our flight. they made sure we had toothbrushes and toothpaste since we didn’t have our luggage. the room was extremely comfortable and breakfast service was amazing. best hospitality and customer service i’ve ever received!

Brendon at the restaurant was amazing! He provided excellent and quality service! Ask for him whenever you go and I'm sure he will make your night!

Fine for a business hotel. But below the standards I’m used to at the Holiday Inn brand.

Housekeeping was great and front desk staff was friendly. But TV doesn’t get normal channels, gym was in a bit of disrepair, and room could use a bit of modernization.

Overall this place is amazing! Not only is the environment peaceful and relaxing but Zana is a great Aesthetician. I went here because of my terrible acne and in three months my face full of acne transformed into almost flawless skin. Now a year later my skin is still clear and I owe it all to Zana! Highly recommend!!

Zana is a fabulous aesthetician who has transformed my skin. Zana's knowledge is extensive and her years of experience shows on my face. We have successfully changed the texture, reduced wrinkles, minimized and even removed age spots. With all that being said I have to also mention that I love her because she is completely attentive to me and my facial needs and concerns. I feel pampered and completely cared for by her. Every appointment I go to I look forward to the serenity and peace I feel there and the wonderful conversations too! I highly recommender her to everyone including men and children.

I love Zana. She is extremely knowledgeable about skin care. When one is receiving a facial from her, she gives her full attention and makes one feel special. The environment is completely relaxing and tranquil. Plus my skin is not dry like it used to be. She put together a skin care program for me, which has left my skin feeling soft and smooth and more youthful looking. She is the best!

I love everything about Bijin Aesthetics, beginning with Zana's knowledge and experience, her tranquil calm environment and the results that I consistently see with micro-current treatments. Zana gets the credit for the many compliments I receive on my skin and its youthfulness.
